5 Types of BNI Loans That You Can Choose As Needed

1. BNI Griya Loans

The first BNI loan product that you can choose is BNI Griya.

This loan is intended for customers who want consumptive financing, with the loan size and ability to repay each customer’s loan.

3. BNI Flexion Loans

Another BNI loan that you can use is BNI Flexi.

This is an Unsecured Loan (KTA) facility that is specifically provided for employees with fixed income channeled through BNI.

BNI Flexi Loans allow active employees to get loan funds without including significant collateral.

You only need to include the requested documents as the main requirement in applying for the loan.

Superiority:

  • Maximum tenor up to 15 years
  • Maximum credit limit is up to IDR 500 million
  • Does not require collateral requirements

Costs:

  • Provision fee of 1% eenmaligh
  • Administration fee of IDR 100 thousand
  • Life insurance premiums must be paid by the debtor with the applicable provisions

Terms and Conditions:

  • Indonesian citizens
  • Active employee status with minimum staff level
  • Minimum age 21 years and a maximum of 65 years by attaching a Certificate/Decree from the authorized agency
  • Has distributed payroll payment facilities at BNI bank
  • Complete the BNI Flexi loan form along with the specified documents

4. Instant BNI Loans

BNI Instant is a type of loan that is slightly different from other BNI loans.

This is because this product is guaranteed by deposits in the form of time deposits, current accounts, or savings issued by BNI.

Not only that, the form of guarantee from BNI Instant can also use ORI that was previously purchased by customers at BNI, as well as securities companies and stored in the sub registry according to the provisions.

There are 3 types of BNI Instant loans that can be used by customers, including BNI Instant Rupiah guaranteed with Rupiah deposits, BNI Instant USD guaranteed with USD deposits, and BNI Instant guaranteed with ORI.
